**Free Spare Parts Supply**: For faults caused by product quality issues, we commit to providing free original spare parts within one week, with transportation costs borne by the customer. -

**Technical Support**: 24/7 technical consultation hotline to answer customers' operation questions and provide troubleshooting guidance; electronic versions of

《Vehicle Maintenance Manual》 and 《Common Fault Handling Guide》 are provided to assist customers with daily maintenance.

2. Post-Warranty Service

**Preferential Spare Parts Supply**: We provide original spare parts for customers with long-term discount benefits. All spare parts meet the factory quality standards, and transportation costs are borne by the customer. -
