Reminders and Precautions for the use of Hubei Guangshun refrigerated trucks
I. Loading Precautions
1. Goods with different temperature requirements should be transported separately and not placed in the same compartment.
2. The refrigerated compartment must be pre-cooled before loading, and the pre-cooling temperature must be consistent with the transport requirements of the goods.
3. The refrigeration unit only serves to maintain the temperature of the goods. Please ensure that the goods have been pre-cooled or frozen to the required temperature before entering the compartment.
4. When loading, ensure sufficient clearance between the goods and the inner wall of the compartment to ensure smooth cold air circulation and avoid localized temperature rise that could cause the goods to thaw or spoil.
5. This refrigerated truck is a -20℃ refrigerated truck and is not suitable for transporting goods with temperature requirements below -20℃, such as ice cream, cheese, and other cryogenic foods.
II. Vehicle and Compartment Usage Precautions
1. Overloading of the vehicle is strictly prohibited, and uneven loading or concentrated loads should be avoided during loading.
2. Welding work is strictly prohibited at any location on the longitudinal beams of the subframe without the company's permission, as this may affect the structural strength of the frame.
3. During vehicle operation, regularly check the tightness of all bolts, nuts, and rivets; pay particular attention to the U-bolts securing the cargo box, which require a thorough re-inspection after a period of vehicle use.
4. Frequently check the integrity of the sealant on all parts of the cargo box. If any sealant is detached, reapply it promptly to prevent leaks or loss of cooling capacity.
5. Use a neutral detergent when cleaning the cargo box. Avoid contact between the inner and outer walls and strong acids, alkalis, or corrosive solvents to prevent damage to the cargo box materials and insulation structure.
III. Special Precautions for New Drivers
1. Before driving, familiarize yourself with the basic operation of the refrigeration unit, such as starting and stopping, temperature setting, and defrosting functions, to avoid misoperation leading to abnormal temperatures.
2. Avoid frequently opening and closing the cargo box doors during transport. Before opening the doors, it is recommended to turn off the refrigeration unit to prevent the intake of hot, humid air, which increases the cooling load and causes frost formation.
3. When waiting to load or unload, try to park in a shady location to reduce the impact of direct sunlight on the cargo box. 4. During long-distance or nighttime transportation, regularly check the refrigeration unit temperature display. If a sustained temperature increase is observed, stop the vehicle immediately for inspection or contact after-sales service.
5. Drive smoothly, avoiding sharp turns, sudden braking, or rapid acceleration to prevent cargo from tipping over, obstructing airflow, or damaging the compartment.
6. Before first use, please familiarize yourself with cold chain procedures, such as: the refrigeration unit cannot directly cool hot goods; insufficient pre-cooling will severely affect performance.
7. In case of abnormal alarms, abnormal temperature, or obvious cold air leakage from the compartment, do not attempt to disassemble the vehicle yourself; contact after-sales service immediately.
